Please review before booking: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and confirm booking • 48h notice is required for cancellations or and 24h reschedules • Late arrivals over 15 minutes may be cancelled or adjusted • PMU eligibility applies (at least 18, no pregnancy, no certain medications, no retinol 2 weeks prior or active skin issues) - contact for consultation if needed • Please arrive with clean skin and avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners 24 hours prior for PMU services • Pigments will look dark at first, but light up 20-30% for eyebrow, 30-50% for lips after heal. First touch-up need to be scheduled; yearly maintenance is recommended • Prices are subject to change depends on extra services • No extra guests unless approved * NO SMELLY FOOD By booking, you agree to all Opalite policies.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Non refundable deposits for any no-shows or late cancelation. Please provide at least 24h notice to reschedule (1 time only) and or 48h for cancellation.
If you cancel, reschedule more than once, or fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Please be on time, 10 mins late to appointments will results in shortening the time services or cancellation on short-time-services.
A 100% fee applies to late cancellations/ no-shows with less than 24-48 hours’ notice for non-deposit services ( services less than $20)
