Please review before booking: • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and confirm booking • 24-48 hours notice is required for cancellations or reschedules • Late arrivals over 15 minutes may be cancelled or adjusted • PMU eligibility applies (at least 18, no pregnancy, no certain medications, no retinol 2 weeks prior or active skin issues) - contact for consultation if needed • Please arrive with clean skin and avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners 24 hours prior • Results vary; proper aftercare is essential for best healing and retention • Pigments will look dark at first, but light up 20-30% for eyebrow, 30-40% for lips after heal • First touch-up need to be scheduled; yearly maintenance is recommended • Pricing may vary depending on individual needs or previous work correction • No extra guests unless approved By booking, you agree to all Opalite policies.

Cancellation Policy

Non refundable deposits for any no-shows or late cancelation. Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice to reschedule (1 time only). If you cancel, reschedule more than once, or fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
